How existing Pons projects plug into SPLICE.

SPLICE is the programmable layer between a Pons project's creator-fee authority and its chosen market strategies. This covers adoption, the four-hour timelocked policy, execution boundaries, the capped protocol slice, and receipt rules. The contracts are fork-certified but not deployed to mainnet.

UPSTREAM LAUNCHPAD

Existing token. New programmable fee layer.

SPLICE ROUTER is an integration layer that any existing Pons v2 project can adopt without relaunching, migrating its token, or changing its market. The project points its creator-fee recipient at a SPLICE vault, then programs how fees route and execute. Production activation remains disabled.

Queued market funds remain accounted until execution. Timelocked owner edits can change execution destinations; upstream Pons recipient authority remains. Failed execution is not a completed purchase.

A deploy burn. A capped fee slice.

Deploying a vault burns $SPLICE. A slice of every routed fee, hard-capped at 5% in code and frozen per vault at deploy, buys and burns $SPLICE with a receipt. The exact deploy cost and slice are TBD until fork certification closes.

No receipt row exists without a Receipt event, a transaction hash and a vault address.

Weight changes enter a public four-hour timelock; lockRoutes() makes the current table permanent.

SPLICE cannot change a token's fee rate. Creator tax is at most 10% and fixed at launch by Pons; SPLICE only routes what the token already earns.

The protocol slice is hard-capped at 5% in code and frozen per vault at deploy; a factory change cannot raise the take on an existing integration.

A failed or skipped market leg stays accounted and cannot be relabeled, redirected or swept by an admin.

Required before activation: deployed SPLICE token and factory, verified contract bindings, and a production receipt canary. Reserve requires its certified route selector; liquidity requires dedicated certification. Neither pending route is enabled by a balanced simulator.

Design documents, fork rehearsals, predicted addresses and UI states are not receipts. Only Receipt, BuybackExecuted and ReserveExecuted events from a live vault may populate history, and the adapter must fail closed when the source is absent or invalid.
